
Kimchi Fried Rice
What you need
3/4 cup packed, kimchi chopped
kimchi juice
1 tbsp gochujang
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
leftover rice (about 4 cups)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
sunny side up eggs
1 pack dried seaweeds
green onions (optional)
Steps
Add the vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat over medium high heat until hot.
Add the chopped kimchi and stir fry until it turns brown
Add the rice and stir fry, wait until the rice is uniform in color.
Mix kimchi juice, 1 tablespoon gochujang and 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
Pour the kimchi juice mixture over the rice. Stir fry until the rice starts to brown.
Transfer it to a plate and add an egg and dried seaweeds or green onions on top.
That will make 2-3 servings.

gochujang (red paste) - 75php (you will only use 1 tbsp)
